
TrueCar wanted to simplify the complex, often stressful process of buying a car. The brand needed to build trust with consumers, clearly communicate value, and modernize its digital experience to stand out in a competitive automotive marketplace.
We spent 6 years inside as the marketing department working shoulder-to-shoulder with the leadership to define a more human voice for the brand. From production through final delivery, every detail aimed to make car buying feel less transactional and more empowering. And before we left we had the great honor of working with the seminal branding agency Pentagram to ring in a full 360 degree rebrand.
Our work within TrueCar showed how the right mix of strategy, storytelling, and design can simplify even the most complex customer journeys. By making car buying feel clearer and more human, we helped TrueCar strengthen trust with its audience and stand apart in a crowded category.
